Istanbul police arrest two following violent family dispute

A dispute over property division between the families of a divorced couple escalated into an armed confrontation in the Sisli district of Istanbul. The incident occurred in the Yayla neighborhood when the siblings of a woman encountered her former husband and his brother.

During the altercation, Z. B. allegedly used the grip of an unlicensed handgun to strike M. K. in the head, causing significant injury. Following the assault, the suspects fled the scene but were subsequently apprehended by police. Both Z. B. and his brother, H. B., have been arrested.
