Istanbul Shopping Center to open near Financial Center

The Istanbul Shopping Center is scheduled to open on September 24, located within the Istanbul Financial Center. The project aims to serve as a new hub for fashion, retail, gastronomy, culture, arts, and entertainment, integrating global and local players into a single ecosystem.

The center features 100,000 square meters of leasable area and houses over 300 commercial units. Its design includes a 1.2-kilometer main shopping street, a 2.5-kilometer pedestrian axis, and semi-open architectural spaces. To accommodate high traffic, the facility includes a 4,000-vehicle parking lot.

Management aims to attract approximately 30 million visitors annually, integrating with the daily rhythm of the roughly 70,000 active employees in the surrounding area. Muammer Çene, Manager of the Istanbul Shopping Center, stated that the project is positioned to bring new vitality to Istanbul’s shopping and lifestyle ecosystem by placing social life and art at the center of daily existence.
