Istanbul to host major packaging and plastics trade fairs

Major industrial trade exhibitions are scheduled to take place in Istanbul, positioning the city as a strategic commercial hub for the packaging and plastics sectors.

Eurasia Packaging Istanbul 2026 is set to be held from October 13 to 16 at the Tüyap Fair and Congress Center. The event focuses on industrial transformation, including sustainability, automation, circular economy, and digital processes. Previous editions have seen significant international participation, with over 77,000 visitors from 141 countries.

Additionally, the 35th edition of Plast Eurasia will take place from December 2 to 5, 2026, also at the Tüyap Fair and Congress Center. Organized by Tüyap Fairs and Exhibitions in collaboration with PAGEV and supported by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, the event will showcase machinery, raw materials, and production technologies. Organizers are specifically targeting professional buyers from European markets, including Germany, Belgium, Greece, Romania, France, Italy, and Poland, as well as the Middle East and North Africa.
