Istanbul's City’s Residences launches 5‑minute living mixed‑use project

City’s Residences, a mixed‑use development near the Istanbul Financial Center, is slated for sales in September‑October 2026. Designed by interior architect Mustafa Toner, the 500,000 m² project will contain 450 residential units, a 4,500‑person office campus, a 500‑bed hotel, a 14,000 m² culture‑arts centre, sports and event facilities, and extensive retail and social spaces.

Toner promotes a “5‑minute living” concept, claiming residents can reach their office in two minutes, a premier mall in three minutes and a 50,000 m² park in four minutes on foot, saving at least three hours of daily travel time. The development aims to position City’s as a global‑scale residence brand and to offer a boutique‑city lifestyle within Istanbul’s central business district.
