Istanbul's Tuzla district schedules 300 million TL land auction

The Istanbul Municipality will hold a closed‑bid auction for a 16,570.75 m² commercial‑zoned parcel in the Tepeören (Akfırat) neighbourhood of Tuzla. The land, classified as T1 commercial use, is set to be sold for a fixed price of 300,000,006.44 TL with a temporary security deposit of 9,000,019 TL. The auction is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on 29 July 2026 at the Tuzla Municipal Committee Hall, and participants must submit all required documents, including the tender notice, security receipt or bank guarantee, identification or trade registry papers, and any authorization letters.

Investors interested in the lot must comply with the detailed submission requirements to be considered for the purchase.
