Istarska kreditna banka appoints Tomislav Jeletić as new President
Istarska kreditna banka (IKB) has announced that Tomislav Jeletić has been appointed as the new President of the Management Board. The decision was made by the Supervisory Board on September 25, 2026. Jeletić’s five-year mandate is set to begin on February 28, 2027, pending approval from the Croatian National Bank.
This leadership transition marks the end of an era for the bank, as Miro Dodić will step down after 29 years in the top position. Dodić, who has led the bank since 1998, oversaw a period of significant growth; under his leadership, the bank’s assets increased from 69 million euros to nearly 787 million euros by the end of 2024.
Jeletić is an experienced professional within IKB’s management structure, suggesting continuity for the institution as it celebrates its 70th anniversary.
