ISTEC Services Limited signs MoU with NP Aerospace Canada

ISTEC Services Limited, a British defense company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NP Aerospace Canada during the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) 2026 exhibition in Washington, D.C.

The agreement aims to support the growth of defense programs within Canada. Under the terms of the MoU, NP Aerospace Canada will provide access to its engineering resources, support infrastructure, and expanded maintenance and repair facilities to facilitate in-country integration, assembly, repair, maintenance, and sustainment services for ISTEC products and technologies.

ISTEC will retain ownership of its intellectual property while providing technical expertise and product authority. Both companies intend to collaborate on mutual in-country opportunities and potential agreements.
