Istropolis development in Bratislava proceeds according to plan

Construction of the new Istropolis project in the Nové Mesto district of Bratislava is proceeding according to schedule. Developed by Immocap, the project is currently focused on the foundations of two office buildings, Istropolis Atrium and Istropolis Tower, as well as a residential block. Visible progress above the fencing is expected by early November.

The first phase of the development, which includes a multifunctional cultural and social hall, is slated for completion and occupancy by 2028. The developer is currently conducting acoustic tests and simulations for the hall to ensure it can accommodate diverse events, ranging from classical music to large congresses, without interference from the adjacent office buildings.

Preparation for the second phase of the project is already underway. The entire Istropolis development is expected to be completed between 2030 and 2032.
