Isuzu and Automotor S. A. celebrate 56 years in Paraguay

Isuzu and its official representative in Paraguay, Automotor S. A., are celebrating 56 years of commercial partnership. The companies held commemorative events to highlight the historical ties between Japan and Paraguay, noting that the Japanese community has contributed significantly to the nation's development since the first immigrants arrived in 1936.

The partnership between Isuzu and Automotor S. A. began in 1970, focusing on providing reliable vehicles and comprehensive after-sales service. The companies also highlighted technical excellence, noting that Paraguay secured third place in the Isuzu Regional Technical Skills Competition for Latin America and the Caribbean held in Panama.

To mark the anniversary, the ‘ISUZU POWER DAY’ event was scheduled for October 15 and 16 at Automotor Plaza, offering customers discounts on spare parts, workshop benefits, and test drives. Isuzu’s current Paraguayan portfolio includes the D-Max pickup and various truck models such as the Traviz, QLR, QMR, NPR, NQR, and FRR.
