Isuzu and Suzuki showcase new commercial and family SUVs at GIIAS 2026
Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia announced that it will present five modified commercial vehicles at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2026. The models, based on the Isuzu TRAGA, ELF, GIGA, mu‑X and D‑Max platforms, are aimed at a range of industries from logistics to public services and creative sectors, highlighting durability, low operating costs and flexible applications. The company will also offer interactive displays, after‑sales consulting and other innovations to engage its partners.
Suzuki Indomobil Sales introduced a refreshed version of the XL7 low‑sport utility vehicle, targeting Indonesian families seeking seven‑seat mobility. The update includes a redesigned dashboard with dark wood‑grain accents, a larger 9‑inch touchscreen head unit with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a tire‑pressure‑monitoring system, and, on the Alpha Hybrid variant, a 360‑degree camera and integrated dash‑cam. Additional comfort and tech features such as digital climate control, keyless entry, automatic start‑stop and leather‑like seats were also added across the range.
