According to Adecco Argentina, the rise of AI has changed how 70% of workers perform their duties. Demand is concentrating on strategic roles in AI, data, cloud, cybersecurity, and SAP ecosystems. Employers are increasingly prioritizing concrete skills and results over traditional academic credentials.

To remain competitive through 2026, professionals must master specific competencies identified by the business school ISDI. These include managing AI agents, exercising critical thinking to verify AI-generated content, automating daily processes, managing attention and prioritization, and translating business challenges into AI use cases.
