It Takes Two to launch on Nintendo Switch 2 this October

It Takes Two Nintendo Switch 2 video game launch free upgrade Hazelight Studios

Electronic Arts Inc. and Hazelight Studios, in partnership with Turn Me Up Games, announced during a Nintendo Direct that the award-winning game ‘It Takes Two’ will launch on Nintendo Switch 2 on October 15.

The Nintendo Switch 2 version will feature higher resolution, improved frame rates, and enhanced visual effects. A free ‘Friend’s Pass’ will allow players to invite others to play the adventure for free, even if they do not own the game. Additionally, players who currently own the title on the original Nintendo Switch will receive a free upgrade to the Nintendo Switch 2 version.

The game will support cross-platform play between Nintendo Switch 2, PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 4/5, or via GameShare for Nintendo Switch players.
