Itaú Unibanco launches 2026 corporate internship program with stipend up to R$ 2,600

Itaú Unibanco has opened applications for its 2026 Corporate Internship Program, offering a monthly stipend of up to R$ 2,600. Interns also receive a meal voucher of R$ 1,173, health and dental plans, life insurance, gym access and other benefits.

The bank hires about 2,000 interns annually, with a 65% conversion rate to full‑time positions; roughly one quarter of the current workforce began as interns. Vacancies are available in Brazil and abroad across areas such as technology, digital products, design, data and analytics, finance, risk, legal, marketing and retail.

Eligibility is open to students in bachelor’s, licentiate or technologist programs from both exact and humanities fields, provided they have at least six months remaining before graduation and can work six hours a day. Applications are accepted continuously, with profiles reviewed throughout the semester and no fixed deadline.
