Itaboraí hosts TCE-RJ training on public medicine procurement
The City of Itaboraí, through its General Controller's Office, is hosting a three-day training course focused on the 'Acquisition of Medicines in the Public Sector.' The program is organized by the School of Accounts and Management of the Court of Accounts of the State of Rio de Janeiro (ECG/TCE-RJ).
Led by Professor Solange Carvalho da Silva, the course aims to improve the expertise of civil servants involved in the planning, contracting, and procurement of medications. The initiative serves as a regional training hub for 2026, attracting participants from several neighboring municipalities, including Niterói, Maricá, Rio Bonito, Cachoeiras de Macacu, Magé, Resende, and Macuco.
Participants will receive study materials and certificates upon completion of the training.
