Itacaré advances municipal salaries and holiday bonuses

The municipality of Itacaré has implemented an early payment of salaries for all municipal employees, including both permanent and contracted staff. This measure is intended to coincide with the festivities of Saint Michael the Archangel, the town's patron saint.

In addition to the early salary disbursement, the administration is paying the first installment of the thirteenth-month salary to both permanent and contracted workers. This marks the second consecutive year that contracted employees have received this benefit. The local government expects the early influx of funds to stimulate the local economy by increasing circulation in commerce, services, and among local entrepreneurs during the festive period.
