Itajaí hosts 28th Music Festival with national artists

The 28th edition of the Itajaí Music Festival is scheduled to take place from August 29 to September 5 in Santa Catarina, Brazil. This year's event is noted as the largest in the festival's history, featuring a free eight-day program.

The lineup includes 15 national attractions spanning various Brazilian musical styles, such as samba, bossa nova, rock, and instrumental music. Featured artists include Almir Sater, Elba Ramalho, Zeca Baleiro, 14 Bis, and Nenhum de Nós, with an opening performance by the Orquestra Sinfônica Brasileira.

In addition to live performances, the festival emphasizes musical education through 20 free workshops and three workshops covering topics such as composition, production, and specific instrumentation. These sessions are led by various professional musicians and instructors.
