Itaka launches AI assistant for travel planning

The Polish travel agency Itaka has introduced 'Itaka Asystentka AI', an artificial intelligence assistant designed to support customers 24/7. Currently available via the Itaka mobile application, the tool aims to assist users during the pre-booking stage by recommending destinations, finding suitable offers, and answering specific questions about trips.

The solution was developed using the agency’s 37 years of industry experience and data from millions of previous customer inquiries. The AI assistant is capable of responding in over 200 languages with an average response time of under five seconds. By handling routine queries, the tool is intended to allow human advisors to focus on more complex, individual consultations.
