Italian artistic swimmer Enrica Piccoli finishes fourth in solo free at 2026 European Championships

Enrica Piccoli, a leading member of Italy’s artistic swimming team, competed in the women’s solo free final at the 2026 European Championships in Paris. She performed a routine titled “Instinct Flow” without errors but scored 138.2475 points for elements and 131.8000 for artistic impression, placing fourth and missing the podium.

The gold medal was won by Belarus’s Vasilina Khandoshka, the silver went to Germany’s Klara Bleyer, and Spain’s Iris Tio Casas took bronze. Piccoli, who previously earned a silver medal in the duo free at the 2025 World Championships, continues to be a prominent figure in Italian artistic swimming alongside teammate Lucrezia Ruggiero.
