Italian basketball clubs host season finale and clinch regional titles

BkL Basket Ladispoli organized a season‑ending party on 12 June at its courts in Via Firenze, inviting athletes, families and supporters to celebrate a year of growth, minibasket activities and senior team achievements. The event featured separate play areas for younger children and a 3‑on‑3 tournament for youth teams, highlighting the club’s role as a social hub in the Ladispoli community.

In the same period, the historic Delfino club from Porto won back‑to‑back regional championships in the Under‑14 and Under‑15 categories. Guided by coaches Riccardo Biondi and Riccardo Badioli, the Under‑14 side, captained by Enea Taboni, swept through playoffs unbeaten, while the Under‑15 team, led by Filippo Cardinali, overcame a single loss in the regular season to claim the title. Both squads added their trophies to the club’s collection of regional honours.
