Italian Carabinieri appoint new marshals in Mantua and Pavia provinces

In Mantova province, seven newly‑graduated marshals from the Carabinieri School in Florence received law degrees and were assigned to stations in Mantova, Ostiglia, Piubega, Guidizzolo, Viadana, Castel Goffredo and Poggio Rusco. The ceremony was attended by Colonel Dario Pancrazio Vigliotta, provincial commander, and Prefect Roberto Bolognesi, who praised the new officers.

In the neighboring province of Pavia, ten marshals were similarly welcomed. Six completed a three‑year course at the Florence school, while four finished an annual course for already‑serving personnel. Colonel Pantaleone Grimaldi, provincial commander, delivered the welcome address. The event also marked the start of practical internships for three officer cadets at Carabinieri stations in Pavia, Vigevano and Voghera.
