Carabinieri appoint new marshals in Oristano, Rieti, Fermo and Sardinia

Five freshly qualified marshals were assigned to the Carabinieri provincial command of Oristano, bolstering the force’s presence across the Sardinian province. Their installation ceremony was attended by Colonel Steven Chenet, who stressed the importance of close contact with citizens and the role of the Carabinieri in enforcing the “Codice Rosso” protections for victims of domestic and gender‑based violence.

In Rieti, Colonel Valerio Marra received nine officers promoted to higher ranks or special qualifications, including four new marshals, three Brigadiers‑Capo and two senior Appuntati. The promotions were presented at the Raoul Angelini barracks, highlighting the ongoing professional development within the regional force.

Three marshals were also formally installed in the provincial command of Fermo. Colonel Gino Domenico Troiani welcomed them to their new stations in Servigliano, Falerone and Montegiorgio, reiterating the continuity of the Carabinieri’s mission to guarantee security, legality and proximity to the community.
