Italian Chamber of Deputies faces health concerns over air conditioning
Members of the Italian Chamber of Deputies are raising concerns regarding the temperature and air conditioning settings within the parliamentary halls. Several lawmakers have reported health issues, including colds and bronchitis, attributed to the cold air being constantly circulated.
Rita Dalla Chiesa, a deputy from Forza Italia, reported contracting pneumonia due to the air conditioning in the chamber. Acting as a spokesperson for several colleagues experiencing similar discomfort, Dalla Chiesa has requested through her lawyer that the Presidency of the Chamber address the issue and increase the temperature to a more tolerable level.
