Italian Chambers of Commerce offer grants to SMEs
Italian Chambers of Commerce are offering various financial support programs for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The Salerno Chamber of Commerce has established a non-repayable grant program to help local SMEs reduce the cost of interest and accessory charges on financing. This initiative, aimed at supporting businesses during economic difficulties, covers 100% of interest and accessory costs for specific loans, up to a maximum contribution of 1,500 euros.
In another region, the Chamber of Commerce of Maremma and Tyrrhenia has approximately 41,326 euros remaining in a fund dedicated to neighborhood businesses. This fund, which was increased to 250,000 euros through refinancing, targets micro, small, and medium retail enterprises and catering businesses with locations in Livorno and Grosseto. The grants cover 60% of eligible expenses for investments in equipment, software, promotion, training, and security, up to a maximum of 2,500 euros.
