Italian Chef Charity Night to support UNHCR in Florence

The 10th anniversary of the Italian Chef Charity Night will take place on September 9, 2026, at The Social Hub Belfiore in Florence. For the first time, the event will include international participants, specifically featuring refugee chefs Nuha Saegh from Syria and Hamed Mohamad Karim from Afghanistan, who will prepare dishes from their respective culinary traditions.

Proceeds from the evening will support the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), specifically targeting programs designed to combat malnutrition among refugee populations worldwide. The event will feature a tasting menu created by various prominent Michelin-starred and local chefs from the Tuscany and Florence regions.
