Italian clubs Cittadella and Genoa add youth prospects from Udinese and Croatia

Cittadella Primavera announced the signing of two Udinese academy players. Forward Patrick Visintini, born in 2008, recorded 25 appearances and six goals for Udinese’s Primavera side. Midfielder Matteo Pittillino, born in 2009, scored six goals in three appearances for Udinese’s Under‑17 team. Both youngsters will join Cittadella’s Primavera squad as it prepares for its Coppa Italia Primavera match on 22 August and the league debut on 5 September.

Genoa confirmed the permanent transfer of 2009‑born Croatian left‑back Franko Hecimovic from NK Lokomotiva Zagreb. He will be integrated into Genoa’s Under‑17 team with the possibility of progressing to the Primavera squad under coach Domenico Criscito.
