The club is considering names such as Palestra, Curtis Jones, Aleksandar Stanković, and Luis Henrique, while also evaluating the status of existing players like Frattesi and Barella. The aim is to maintain a high‑level roster with depth and flexibility.

Palermo’s technical staff, led by Osti, intends to build a 21‑starter squad (22 with a second goalkeeper) based on a 4‑3‑3 or 4‑2‑3‑1 formation. The strategy calls for paired players in every position, with the only confirmed central‑defensive pairing being Bani and Peda.
