Italian clubs Mallare and Pisa eye young football talent in latest transfer moves
Calcio Mallare confirmed the signing of two young players for the senior squad. Defender Giorgio Stefano Venturino, a 2003‑born product of A.S.D. Cairese and later Rocchettese, and midfielder Tommaso Caratti, a 2004‑born graduate of the same youth system, have joined the club as it prepares for the current season.
In Serie B, Mantova forward Tommaso Marras, 2004‑born and fresh from a season with seven goals in 30 appearances, is the subject of competing offers. Pisa is reported to be close to completing a transfer worth just over €3 million, while Palermo has also entered the race. Marras is scheduled for a medical exam in Bologna before any contract is signed, with the final decision expected in the coming days.
