Italian community events raise funds for Gaza humanitarian aid

Various community initiatives in Italy are organizing events to raise funds for humanitarian aid in Gaza, specifically supporting children, families, and medical facilities.

In Pavia, the “Note dal Mediterraneo” series includes historical discussions, poetry readings featuring Palestinian and local poets, and solidarity dinners. These events aim to maintain attention on the situation in Gaza and support projects by Gazzella Odv and UNICEF.

In Cherasco, the “Presepe del Viaggiatore” exhibition will be held at the San Martino church from December 6 to January 17. This year, the display features settings from Greece, Palestine, Yemen, and Myanmar. Visitors can make donations to Emergency, which will direct the funds to a hospital in Gaza.
