Italian community festivals scheduled for September 2026

Various traditional community festivals are scheduled to take place in Italy during September 2026.

In Castiglione Olona, the Festa di San Nicola will be held from September 9 to September 13 in the Madonna in Campagna district. The event includes religious services such as the “Triduo di San Nicola,” guided church tours, and a charity auction. The festivities will feature live music, children's entertainment, and a fireworks display on Saturday, September 12, concluding with a procession of the statue of San Nicola da Tolentino on Sunday.

In Cisano di Bardolino, the Sagra dei Osei will run from September 4 to September 9. Organized by the Municipality of Bardolino and the Bardolino Top Foundation, the week-long event includes photographic exhibitions, bell concerts, and local gastronomy. Activities range from a lakeside walk dedicated to Don Andrea Giacomelli to musical tributes and traditional competitions, ending with a fireworks show on Wednesday, September 9.
