In a separate civic engagement event in Trani, educator and author Matteo Saudino addressed high school students regarding the living nature of the Constitution. Saudino argued that the document is not merely a text to be memorized but a practical heritage realized through the daily actions, rights, and responsibilities of citizens, particularly the youth.
