Various legal and administrative incidents have been reported across Italy. In Cosenza, the Court of Milan established the responsibility of the A.O. Annunziata hospital and AmTrust insurance for severe second-degree burns sustained by a one-month-old infant during a routine surgical procedure.

In Bologna, a motorist is appealing 165 traffic fines totaling over 10,000 euros, caused by a license plate transcription error following a vehicle change. In Busto Arsizio, an appeals court overturned an acquittal, sentencing a local police officer to two years of suspended imprisonment for simulating an assault to trigger a false investigation.

Other local reports include the closure of an ethnic food shop in Lido Tre Archi by the Fermo Municipality following Carabinieri inspections that found a lack of mandatory health certifications. In Calvatone, a 53-year-old man was charged after failing to stop at a Carabinieri checkpoint and attempting to flee at high speed. Additionally, in Pesaro, a court awarded nearly 500,000 euros to the family of a man killed in a 1993 road accident, concluding a 33-year legal battle.
