Italian cultural associations celebrate milestones and pursue new collaborations

The cultural association ‘Gli Spigolatori’ will celebrate its 20th anniversary in Mondovì on September 30, 2026. To mark the milestone, writer and radio host Nicola Lagioia will deliver a ‘lectio magistralis’ titled ‘Presto saprò chi sono’ at the Teatro Baretti. Since its founding in 2006, the association has organized hundreds of events, including book presentations, conferences, and exhibitions, and has published over forty-five works.

In another regional development, Monfalcone Mayor Luca Fasan met with Don Alessio Geretti, the curator of the Illegio exhibitions, to discuss potential cultural collaborations. The meeting focused on leveraging the cultural strengths of both entities, including Monfalcone’s Municipal Gallery of Contemporary Art, which has hosted works by artists such as Giacomo Balla and Lucio Fontana.
