Italian cultural foundations name new governing boards

The Fondazione Carnevale di Viareggio announced the composition of its new Board of Directors and Steering Committee, with Riccardo Maria Monti confirmed as president and a slate that includes Fabrizio Miracolo, Enrico Botta, Sara Santucci, Alice Valchera and other local figures. The board will guide the organization that runs Italy’s most famous carnival.

Separately, the Consorzio Brianteo Villa Greppi elected a new administration. Giovanni Confalonieri, former senator and former head of the consortium, returned as president, supported by vice‑president Ramona Brivio and members Luca Rigamonti, Elvira De Marco and Patrizia Rizzotti. The new leadership aims to strengthen cultural offerings and property management for the territories of the two provinces involved.
