Italian designers Alessi‑Valcucine and Miton launch curved kitchen range and island model

Alessi partnered with Valcucine to release the Lacucina Alessi kitchen collection, highlighting a "poetics of the curved line" that replaces traditional right‑angle geometry with rounded modules, countertops and handles. The curved design is presented as both aesthetic and functional, easing cleaning, reducing accidental bumps and offering spacious storage that keeps work surfaces clear.

Separately, Italian manufacturer Miton introduced the MT700G kitchen island, built from stainless steel and featuring integrated burners, under‑counter refrigeration and modular cabinetry. The design promotes a continuous work triangle, adds extra countertop space, and creates a social hub in the home. Both products exemplify current trends in Italian kitchen design that blend style, durability and ergonomic workflow.
