Italian drama “Doc – Nelle tue mani” season 4 postponed to October

The fourth season of the Italian medical drama "Doc – Nelle tue mani" will no longer premiere on 24 September as previously announced. The launch has been shifted to October, while the series will keep its Thursday‑night slot on Rai 1 and will also be available on the RaiPlay streaming platform.

The season returns with Luca Argentero as Dr. Andrea Fanti, who comes back to the Policlinico Ambrosiano facing severe budget cuts and a new management that threatens the internal medicine ward. New characters include Cristina Marino (Argentero’s spouse) as a contract doctor, and additional doctors played by Gabriele Falsetta and Alessandro Piavani. The regular cast, such as Matilde Gioli (Dr. Giordano), also returns. The show, based on the real story of surgeon Pierdante Piccioni, remains one of Rai’s most anticipated autumn programmes.
