Italian Education CCNL introduces one-time payment for ATA staff

Under the 2025-2027 National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Education and Research, a one-time payment has been established specifically for ATA personnel (administrative, technical, and auxiliary staff).

This €110 payment is not applicable to teaching staff. To qualify, personnel must have been in service during the 2025-2026 school year. Eligible groups include staff with permanent contracts and those with annual fixed-term contracts, provided the latter started by December 31, 2025, and did not terminate early. The amount will be paid proportionally for part-time employees, with disbursements scheduled for January 2027.
