Italian football clubs Frosinone and Pescara launch crucial ownership negotiations
Frosinone Calcio is set to finalize a takeover by U.S. investment fund Clara Vista Partners, with the agreement on share transfer already signed. The club plans to announce details of the new Italian‑American era at a press conference on 1 July, followed by a ticket‑sale campaign on 3 July. Concurrently, the technical staff is completing player transactions, including loan extensions with Mantova, a potential return of striker Antonio Raimondo from Bologna, and ongoing talks for forwards Antonio Di Nardo and Gabriele Artistico.
Pescara 1936 is also in a decisive week of ownership talks. A consortium of foreign entrepreneurs, unnamed but operating under strict confidentiality, is preparing a formal offer after due‑diligence on the majority stake currently held by president Daniele Sebastiani and Delfino Capital. Separate discussions involve former Sampdoria owner Massimo Ferrero, although a concrete bid has yet to materialise, and a U.S. investor with Brazilian citizenship who is studying the club’s finances before deciding on an offer. Fan‑led initiatives aim to create a popular shareholding structure to support the club’s future.
