Italian football clubs prepare for Coppa Italia rotations

Spezia and Siena are preparing for upcoming Coppa Italia fixtures with plans to implement significant squad rotations to manage player fatigue and injuries.

Spezia is set to face Livorno at the Picco stadium. Following thirteen official matches this season, the technical staff is looking to rest key midfielders Capomaggio and Bright. Potential changes include a possible debut for Ciocci in goal, with Oyono and Cancellieri expected to feature in defense. The midfield may see Joselito and Candelari start, while Cannavò and Durmush are candidates for the offensive flanks.

Siena is preparing for a round of sixteen match against Ancona at the Artemio Franchi stadium. Manager Voria intends to rotate almost the entire squad to rest starters such as Sabelli and Andolfi. The team is also monitoring the fitness of Ciofi and Michielan following recent physical concerns. Lipari or the younger player Rovetini may be considered for the starting lineup.
