Italian football supporters launch charitable initiatives for pediatric healthcare

Football supporters and clubs in Italy are organizing various charitable initiatives to support pediatric medical services.

In Cassano Sybaris, the “Facciamo squadra per la Pediatria” project, promoted by Davide Guaragna, aims to fund electromedical equipment for the Pediatrics Department at the Castrovillari Hospital. The initiative will use proceeds from ticket sales during the match between Cassano Sybaris and Corigliano Marca on October 25 to support the facility's needs.

Additionally, the Curva Bronco Fano and Ultras Jesi supporter groups have donated a significant sum to Semper Odv. This association supports families dealing with pediatric oncology. The funds are intended to strengthen psycho-oncology services nationwide, which are sponsored by the Italian Association of Pediatric Hematology and Oncology (AIEOP).
