In a separate case, a mother from the Treviso area sent a formal legal notice to the ULSS 2 Marca Trevigiana, contesting the imposition of “protected meetings” for her child. She argues that the Court of Appeal of Rome never ordered such meetings and that the health authority failed to provide the relevant judicial decree, raising concerns about transparency and procedural fairness.
