Italian historical tournaments conclude in Servigliano and Gubbio

In Servigliano, the Rione Paese Vecchio won the Torneo Cavalleresco di Castel Clementino. Lorenzo Melossoche, riding Universo Dream, secured the victory with 1,912 points, narrowly defeating Rione Santo Spirito, which finished with 1,910 points led by Luca Innocenzi on Gun Jo.

In Gubbio, the 47th edition of the Torneo dei Quartieri took place in Piazza Grande. Marcello Cerbella of the San Pietro district claimed first place, followed by Alessandro Brugi of Sant’Andrea in second and Alessandro Fornaia of San Giuliano in third. The San Giuliano district received the award for the best historical procession. The event featured a theme honoring Saint Francis of Assisi and included new historical costumes designed in collaboration with the Cassata Gattapone Institute.
