Italian juniors claim tennis doubles title in Brindisi and equestrian gold in Germany

Rebecca Carla Francia, together with Lavinia Di Bernardini, won the doubles competition at the Tennis Europe Under‑14 tournament in Brindisi, defeating the pair of Foggia and Chiodelli 4‑6, 6‑3, 10‑6. In the singles final, Francia was runner‑up to Sofia Foggia, losing 6‑2, 7‑6.

Gabriel Zagni Minucci, a young rider from Siena, played a decisive role in Italy’s gold‑medal victory at the Junior Nations Cup held in Germany. Minucci, coached by Andrea Franchi, contributed to the team’s success, marking a notable achievement for the Italian equestrian junior program.
