Italian literary festivals conclude in Piana di Monte Verna and Palaia

Several literary events in Italy have recently concluded with significant community engagement. In Piana di Monte Verna, the first edition of the ‘Monte Verna Poesia’ national literary competition was held on September 19, 2026. The ceremony featured poetry readings, musical performances by violinist Emanuele Coppola, and sign language interpretation to ensure accessibility.

In Palaia, the second edition of the ‘Voci tra le Foglie’ festival took place in the municipal garden. The event included book presentations, workshops for children, and local food tastings. Mayor Marica Guerrini noted the festival's success in fostering community spirit through shared reflections and entertainment.
