Italian local administrators join new political movements
Several Italian local administrators have announced their affiliation with new political movements.
Councilors Emiliano Carginari and Paolo Rapagnani have joined Più Uno, a political entity promoted by Ernesto Maria Ruffini and Franco Gabrielli. The group aims to aggregate moderate and reformist civic sensibilities within the center-left area, focusing on issues such as equality, the cost of living, education, and healthcare. Carginari and Rapagnani stated that their move does not change their position within the current municipal majority.
In the province of Cuneo, Maurizio Rignon, a councilor from Castelmagno and former deputy mayor, has joined Futuro Nazionale. Rignon is the first administrator from the Valle Grana to join the movement, which seeks to increase its territorial presence and representation for local valley communities.
