In the province of Cosenza, the prefect Rosa Maria Padovano and the mayors of Cassano allo Ionio and Trebisacce signed an anti‑mafia protocol targeting the tourism and restaurant sectors. The pact introduces stricter anti‑mafia checks, extends verification to adult family members of operators, and creates a provincial observatory to monitor criminal infiltration in hospitality businesses.
