Italian municipalities award new service concessions

The municipality of Quadrelle has issued a public notice for the four-year concession of a space in Piazza Vittoria to install and manage a kiosk. The project aims to enhance local services and entrepreneurial opportunities. The selected concessionaire will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and cleaning of a maximum 10-square-meter area. Selection will be based on a comprehensive evaluation of the project, including architectural quality, environmental impact, energy efficiency, and social initiatives, rather than solely on economic offers.

In Viadana, the municipality has awarded the management of the Salvador Allende swimming center to Gis Viadana S. r. l. Following a negotiated procedure, the company received a total score of 61.27 points. The concession is valid for one year, with the possibility of a one-year extension. The agreement establishes specific pricing for various subscription types and ensures the continuity of municipal aquatic services.
