Italian municipalities publish GDPR privacy notices
DM Solutions srls, operator of the Amiatanews website, posted a detailed GDPR privacy notice outlining how personal data such as names, email addresses and browsing information are collected, processed and stored for visitors to its site. The notice emphasizes that the company does not appoint a Data Protection Officer because its main activities do not involve large‑scale systematic monitoring.
The Comune di Fuscaldo also released a comprehensive GDPR information statement, describing the legal basis for processing personal data held by the municipal authority, the categories of data collected, and the obligations of citizens to provide required information for access to public services. Both documents reference EU Regulation 2016/679 and Italian privacy legislation.
