Italian police arrest burglary suspects in Treviso and investigate brawl in Lecco

Police in Treviso arrested two Georgian nationals, aged 26 and 27, following a residential burglary. The suspects, who were reportedly homeless in Italy, were discovered hiding in a parking lot behind a residential complex on Viale Monte Grappa. The arrest followed a tip from a neighbor who reported suspicious noises. Officers recovered the stolen items and various burglary tools, including screwdrivers, altered keys, and lock picks.

In Lecco, authorities responded to a brawl in the city center involving multiple individuals. Three foreign nationals were reported to the judicial authorities for fighting and throwing dangerous objects. Among those identified, one was already subject to a DACUR order from the Lecco Questore, while others were international protection seekers or permit renewal applicants. Police have identified an additional 16 individuals and are reviewing surveillance footage to further investigate the incident.
