Italian police seize multi‑kilogram drug caches in Torino and Napoli

Carabinieri in Torino uncovered a large drug storage in an apartment near the Gran Madre, seizing 44 kg of marijuana, almost 42 kg of hashish, 243 THC‑infused e‑cigarettes, cash and accounting notes. The operation led to the arrest of two Italian men, aged 30 and 54, who were placed in pre‑trial detention.

In Naples, a joint raid by Carabinieri and local police stopped a married couple from selling about 500 g of cannabis products from a vehicle while their young son was present. Police recovered 72 g of hashish and 419 g of marijuana, along with €1,525 in cash, and placed the couple under house arrest pending trial.
