Italian poll shows Vannacci party rising while Lega slips among voters

BiDiMedia’s June poll indicates the newly formed Futuro Nazionale (Vannacci) party gaining support, rising 0.9 percentage points to 5.4 % of the vote. The Lega fell to 6 % (‑0.5 pp), remaining ahead of Futuro Nazionale but behind the centre‑left coalition, which holds 44.5 % of votes. The traditional centre‑right bloc without Futuro Nazionale stands at 41.9 %, while the centre‑right together with Futuro Nazionale reaches 47.3 %.

Confidence in Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni’s government sits at 36 %—down three points from April—while 35 % express trust in her personally. Among voters under 24, the Democratic Party leads with 20 % support, followed by Fratelli d’Italia at 17 %; Lega drops to 4 %, Azione 5 %, and Futuro Nazionale 4 %.

The poll also reports voting intentions for other parties: Partito Democratico 22.1 % (‑0.1 pp), Fratelli d’Italia 27.6 % (‑0.4 pp), Movimento 5 Stelle 12 %, Forza Italia 7.3 %, and smaller parties hovering around 2‑3 % each.
